ISIS Academy offers professional development and training at two course levels: Core Classes and Master Classes. You may experience these classes individually, or as a series.

Core Classes (1-2 days)
Our Core Classes help you become familiar with basic tools and methods essential to the practice of sustainability, as well as helping you explore your learning frontiers as an agent and leader of change. These workshops acquaint you with the ISIS Method as well as the ISIS Accelerator, the widely adopted toolkit for applying the ISIS Method.

The knowledge and skills learned in our Core Classes can be applied to many facets of your organization, from visioning, decision making, strategic planning through innovation implementation and cultural change. And because you are learning these new skills through the lens of sustainability, your organization can become more efficient and profitable, lessen risks, have more satisfied employees and customers, and have a softer environmental footprint.

Participants who attend the identified five “Certificate Classes” qualify for ISIS Academy’s Professional Certification in Strategic Sustainability. Our six Certificate Classes include:

- Building the Pyramid
- Indicators: The Health and Status of Your Organization
- Understanding the System in Which You Function
- An Approach to Cultural Change
- Implementing Strategic Innovations

Master Classes (4-6 days)

Master Classes are intensive residential training programs currently offered by our global divisions in Sweden and Germany, and are designed for leaders and change agents who are seeking to up-level their skills, while also growing personally in ways to become more effective and convincing. Master Classes are held at the “train-the-trainer” level and intended to support the participants to help others in achieving sustainability goals.

Those attending Master Classes will receive a certificate indicating that they have undergone advanced training in sustainability change management.
